Bytesnet SEO

A recent project that we started is the SEO for Netherland’s most sustainable datacenters: Bytesnet. Bytesnet has 2 datacenters in The Netherlands, one in Rotterdam and one in Groningen. We are based roughly in the middle (Zwolle) and that’s where local SEO comes in.

The Start

Bytesnet has recently launched a new Wordpress site, designed and developed by B.Made. The stunning looking site has lots of well written and informative content and has a decent domain authority of 25. Unfortunately SEO hasn’t been part of the development process and a well respected and recognnised company like Bytesnet should at least be found on a few common keywords, in case people haven’t heard of them before. The keywords are highly competitive and the competing sites are very strong. That’s where STUDIOHIG comes in.

Development

The project went through the following stages:

1. Target market analysis.

2. Keyword research and search behaviour.

3. Competitor analysis: which webpages rank for what keywords and in which geographical area.

4. Content creation, based on the outcome above .

5. Zero point measurement.

6. Launch of pages.

RESULTS

We are not there yet, but the new pages have been indexed by Google and already have search positions between page 1 and 5, where they have been non existent before. Over the next few months we will work with the B.Made and the Bytesnet team to optimise the site even further and we expect top 10 positions within 6 to 12 months.
